To register for the 2025 marching band season, please read and complete each step below!
Step 1: Register

The deadline for filling out this registration form is April 15th.
Step 2: Pay the Registration Fee
The Marching band registration fee for 2025 is $200, payment may be made via PayPal by clicking here
or by cash or check to Mr. Guenther, Mr. Zastrow or Ms. Berkley.
The deadline to make this payment is May 1.
Step 3: Pay the activities fee
To participate in the 2025 Marching Band Season, each student must pay the Owatonna High School Activities Fee. For more information and to pay the activities fee, click here.
The deadline to make this payment is April 3rd. If you have already reached your activity fee “family max” for the year, you will not have to pay this fee. Please call Nancy at the high school’s activity office (507.444.8988)to have this fee waived.
Step 4: Turn in medical release form
Download, print, fill out and turn in a medical release form. The deadline to turn in this form to Nancy Benson at the activities office is May 15th. (Because it is a medical release, it needs to be signed and physically turned in. This form only needs to be completed if you don’t have a valid medical release on file at OHS.)
Step 5: Fill out the marching band medical Form
All students must have a current marching band medical form on file. This information will be available to our medical staff during parades or trips in case someone needs medical attention away from home. Fill out the online medical form by clicking here: Marching Band Medical Form
